About Megan

No Change = No Change. Change = Change.

I build businesses through their most important stages of growth.

Over the past 15+ years, I've repeatedly joined founder-led companies at pivotal moments and helped build them into something fundamentally bigger than when I arrived. Not because I was chasing industries or titles, but because I'm drawn to businesses that are still being built.

I've learned that I don't enjoy maintaining businesses nearly as much as I enjoy building them.

My experience spans commercial strategy, international expansion across 50+ countries, retail development, strategic partnerships, marketplace governance, and organizational transformation. I've helped businesses launch new markets, scale from early traction to tens of millions in revenue, expand distribution from fewer than 1,000 to more than 10,000 retail doors, build international teams, create new business divisions, and develop the commercial infrastructure required to support long-term growth.

Looking back, the product category has never been what motivated me. The common thread has always been the stage of the business.

I do my best work in what I call the messy middle, the point where a company has proven there's real opportunity, but the next stage requires difficult decisions, commercial discipline, operational structure, and someone willing to solve whatever problem is standing in the way.

Sometimes that means building a retail strategy. Sometimes it's entering international markets. Sometimes it's restructuring a commercial organization, launching new business lines, developing software, or helping restore channel control. Whatever the challenge, I've never believed in staying inside a job description. I believe in doing what the business needs most.

That's the work I've chosen throughout my career, and it's the work I'm looking forward to doing again.

Outside of work, I'm a wife, mother of two, former collegiate soccer player, fitness enthusiast, traveler, and lifelong learner. Years ago, my husband and I sold our home in California and moved across the country to help build a founder-led business. It reinforced something I've believed ever since: the best opportunities rarely come with certainty; they come with conviction.
